Campbell Place is a lively Assisted Living commnuity located in Bellefontaine, OH.  In addition ot providing a warm and friendly environment, we develop individual care plans to meet the needs of each resident.  A nurse is available onsite to provide clinical oversight and coordination of care. We can also help coordinate home health, physical therapy, or occupational therapy needs as needed.
